Paper Submission

Submissions to the 23rd International Conference on Intelligent Environments (IE’27) will be managed through the Microsoft CMT submission system.

Authors should use the single IE’27 CMT submission site and select the appropriate track when creating a new submission:

  • Full Papers
  • Short Papers
  • Videos and Demonstrations
  • Doctoral Colloquium
  • Special Session: Multimodal and Edge AI
  • Special Session: Intelligent Environments for Industry 5.0

Full Papers should be up to 8 pages in IEEE conference format.

Short Papers, Videos and Demonstrations, and Doctoral Colloquium submissions should be up to 4 pages in IEEE conference format.

Special Session submissions may be submitted as Full Papers (up to 8 pages) or Short Papers (up to 4 pages).

All submissions must follow the official IEEE conference format.

Accepted and presented Full and Short Papers across the conference tracks are expected to be published in IEEE-indexed conference proceedings, subject to final agreement with IEEE.

Important Dates

  • Paper submission: 1 December 2026
  • Notification of results: 22 February 2027
  • Camera-ready submission: 30 March 2027

CMT Acknowledgment

The Microsoft CMT service is used for managing the peer-review process for IE’27. This service is provided free of charge by Microsoft, including the associated Azure cloud services, software development, and support.
