All submissions must follow the official IEEE conference format.
Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of all submitted content, including content produced or assisted by generative AI tools. Any use of such tools must comply with the applicable IEEE and IE2027 publication and ethical requirements.
Submissions are not anonymized. Authors should include their names and affiliations in the submitted manuscript.
Authors are strongly encouraged to use their institutional or organizational email addresses for their CMT accounts and submissions whenever possible.
Accepted and presented Full and Short Papers across the conference tracks are expected to be published in IEEE-indexed conference proceedings, subject to final agreement with IEEE.
IE’27 uses a non-double-blind review process: author identities are visible to reviewers. Submissions must include the authors’ names and affiliations and should not be anonymised. This applies to all conference paper tracks, including Full Papers, Short Papers, Doctoral Colloquium, Videos & Demos, and Special Sessions.
